Rebecca teaches WSET Level 1, 2 and 3 Award in Wines and WSET Level 1 and 2 Spirits courses. Choose to study either in person or online via the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.

A great product needs great copy. Rebecca has written inspirational tasting notes for a host of award-winning English wine producers and other drinks products including beers, ciders, spirits and soft drinks. Her copywriting extends to magazine articles and online sales material.

Super-yachts carry premium and often very rare wines which must be stored and served with the utmost care and skill. Rebecca has extensive experience in this delicate art. She runs bespoke courses to up-skill super-yacht steward teams.
