Join this fun and interactive one-day introductory spirits course to learn about the main types and styles of spirits of the world including their raw materials. Learn key production techniques and develop basic spirits tasting skills using the WSET systemic approach to tasting. Select spirits with confidence and explore several cocktail recipes, plus tips on making cocktails. This basic introduction to global spirits will benefit spirit enthusiasts and professionals working in hospitality jobs. Participants must be over 18 years old.
This course is certified by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Paper exam will take place on the same day with 30 multiple-choice questions in 45 minutes. Successful candidates will receive a WSET Digital Award Certificate and Lapel pin.
