This intermediate level two-day spirits course provides in-depth global knowledge about major spirits of the world. It focuses on the main production methods and principal raw materials used to make the key styles of spirits. Develop professional spirit tasting skills using the WSET systematic approach to tasting to be able to describe and assess spirits with confidence. Learn about classic cocktails. Ideal for anyone wishing to develop their spirits knowledge as an enthusiast, or someone working in hospitality or a drinks business. Participants must be over 18 years old.
This course is certified by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Paper Exam will take place at 4pm on the last day of the course with 50 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes. Successful candidates will receive a WSET Digital Award Certificate and Lapel pin.

Booking Deadline: 15 working days prior to the course start date. Late bookings will incur a late fee of £25 per person.
