This intermediate level Online Wine Course provides in-depth global knowledge about major grape varieties and wine regions of the world. Understand wine labels to determine different wine styles including still, sparkling and fortified wines. Discover food and wine matching and how to taste like a professional using the WSET systematic approach tasting. Improve your confidence in selecting wines and making food and wine pairing recommendations. This course is ideal for anyone wishing to develop their wine knowledge as an enthusiast or those working in hospitality or the wine trade. Participants must be over 18 years old.
This course is certified by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Paper exam will take place after the course has finished with 50 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes. Successful candidates will receive a WSET Digital Award Certificate and Lapel pin.
