WSET Level 3 Award in Wines is a six-day Classroom Course at the Exeter Community Centre from 9:30am until 5:30pm each day. Learn about the major wine-producing regions of the world. Join this six-day advanced wine course to gain detailed knowledge about the major wine-producing regions of the world. Discover the natural and human factors that contribute to the style, quality and price of wines. Develop analytical tasting skills using the WSET systematic approach to tasting in order to describe wines accurately and with confidence. Suitable for wine connoisseurs and those working in a supervisory role for a drinks organisation or hospitality venue. Participants must be over 18 years old.
This course is certified by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Paper Exam will take place two weeks after the course has finished with blind tasting of 2 wines in 30 minutes + theory paper of 50 multiple-choice questions + 4 short answer questions in 2 hours. Successful candidates will receive a WSET Digital Award Certificate and Lapel pin.
